雷达对海探测时会受到海杂波的影响,研究雷达在海杂波背景下的性能评估对雷达系统设计阶段具有重要的指导意义。首先分析了海杂波的复合K分布模型,建立了雷达参数和环境参数与杂波幅度模型参数之间的关系。然后简单介绍了基于SIRP法仿真时空相关海杂波的方法。接着建立了一种基于雷达实际工作环境、应用CFAR的结合蒙特卡洛法评估雷达性能的体系。最后设定雷达应用场景对雷达性能进行评估,结果表明提出的雷达性能评估体系对雷达设计人员有较好的应用价值。 |

Abstract: |
Sea clutter will affect radar detection. So, the study on radar performance evaluation in sea clutter will benefit the radar system design. Firstly, the compound K-distribution of sea clutter is discussed. And the relationship between the radar parameters, the environmental parameters and the clutter model parameters is established. Then, the simulation method of temporal-spatial correlated sea clutter based on SIRP is introduced. And a system of radar performance evaluation is established, which is based on radar working environment and applies CFAR and combines with the Monte Carlo method. Finally, the radar working scenario is established to evaluate radar performance. The result shows that radar performance assessment system is valuable to radar designers. |
