针对分布在空、时、频多维空间的感知节点如何组织、协同、联合处理形成体系能力的问题,从概念机理、基础理论和构建方法三个角度进行了探讨。在理论方面,以信息论、控制论为基础,建立基于任务要求配置探测要素及其控制处理关系的探测系统基础理论。在系统架构上,提出以资源虚拟、语义互联和时敏化网络等为支撑,以能力生成理论为核心,动态构建探测系统的方法。 |

Abstract: |
In view of the problem of how to organize, cooperate and jointly process the multi-dimensional distributed nodes in the space, time and frequency domains, this paper gives discussions from concept, mechanism, basic theory, and construction method. In theory, on the basis of information theory and cybernetics, the basic theories to dispose detection elements and control their processing relations are established aiming at task requirements. In terms of system architecture, a method of dynamically constructing detection system based on capability generation theory is put forward, which is supported by resource virtualization, semantic inter-connection and time sensitization network. |
