八通道X波段射频数字一体化接收机设计

摘要:
基于机载相控阵雷达的应用背景提出了一种X波段八通道窄带信号一体化接收机的电路设计方案。该电路基于微波板材CLTE XT和FR4板材进行台阶式PCB设计,将本振功分网络、射频下变频通道和数字接收集成设计实现,从而在一个标准ASAAC插件中完成模拟变频放大、数字解调、数据采集和融合传输等功能,符合高集成度、小型化的需求。本文介绍了其实现体制和架构、硬件方案设计仿真和FPGA设计实现。电路测试结果表明设计在X波段频率范围内满足瞬时动态范围、多通道幅度一致性和隔离度等各项指标要求。

Abstract:
This paper proposes the design of an eight channel X band RF/digital mixed receiver for airborne phased array radar applications. LO microstrip power division network,RF down conversion channels and digital receiver circuits are implemented in a step PCB based on CLTE XT and FR4. Hence,it meets the requirements of miniaturization and high integration by combining RF mixing and amplification circuit,digital demodulation,data acquisition and transmission in a standard ASAAC module. The design architecture,hardware simulation and realization as well as associated RTL implementation in FPGA are described in this paper. Test results of the prototype circuit show the key specifications of instantaneous dynamic range,amplitude consistence and isolation among multi channels are satisfied in the frequency range of X band.
