基于伪装结构兼容设计的目标RCS仿真分析

摘要:
伪装遮障是掩盖工程施工活动的有效措施,支撑骨架一般采用轻钢结构,其金属材质与外部构型,在雷达侦察下,会形成强散射暴露工程位置。本文针对伪装与结构的兼容设计,在满足结构稳定性和伪装隐蔽性的同时,通过对比同等遮障面积下不同钢柱截面的用钢量,得出优先采用方形截面柱以提高经济性的结论。同时,对大跨度遮障柱网的布局给出合理建议。随后,利用电大尺寸仿真,分类计算了多种仿形屋面结构随雷达威胁方向变化的远场RCS值,分析了多种起伏特征对结构RCS的影响规律,研究结果表明,根据地势的不同,对屋面设置特定方向的起伏能有效规避强散射的形成,可为防雷达伪装遮障的方案制定提供设计依据。

Abstract:
Camouflage is an effective measure to cover up the construction activities of the project. The support framework is generally light steel structure. Its metal material and external configuration will produce strong scattering and exposure project location under radar reconnaissance. In this paper, aiming at the compatible design of camouflage and structure, a comparison between the steel consumptions of different steel column sections under the same shielding area is made, and the structural stability and camouflage concealment are also taken into consideration. We draw the conclusion that the square section column is preferred to improve the eco-nomy. At the same time, reasonable suggestions are given for the layout of the large-span barrier column network. Then, the far-field RCS values of various profiled roof structures changing with the radar threat directions are calculated by using large-scale simulation. The influence rules of various undulation characteristics on the structure RCS are analyzed. The research results show that, according to the different terrains, setting a certain direction of the roof can effectively avoid the formation of strong scattering, which can provide a design for the scheme formulation of the radar camouflage and shield basis.
