光学微腔在微波光子雷达系统中的应用

摘要:
微波光子雷达通过光子技术辅助可突破传统电子技术瓶颈,实现光子系统集成化是未来微波光子雷达的必然发展趋势。具有超高品质因子的光学微腔得益于其独特的线性和非线性光学特性,可在极小的体积内实现宽带微波信号的光域调控,是集成微波光子雷达系统的关键核心元件,在微波光子滤波、光生微波信号、光子辅助信道化接收和光控波束形成等系统功能单元中都具有重要的应用价值,并且在未来太赫兹雷达、激光雷达等系统中也具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:
Microwave photonic radar can break through the electronic bottleneck with the aid of photonic technology, and the realization of integrated photonic system is the inevitable development trend of microwave photonic radar in the future. Benefiting from the unique linear and nonlinear optical characteristics, optical microresonators with ultra-high quality factor can realize the optical domain control of broadband microwave signal within a very small volume, which makes it the key component of integrated microwave photonic radar system. They have important application values in such functional units as microwave photonic filter, photonic generation of microwave signals, photonic-assisted channelization receiver, and optical control beamforming. Besides, they also have broad application prospects in systems such as terahertz radar, lidar and other systems in the future.
