某测量雷达天线座轴系设计与精度测量

摘要:
本文针对精密测量雷达的特点,对二维天线座的方位轴系和俯仰轴系进行详细设计,并重点分析方位和俯仰轴系精度误差对雷达测角误差的影响。进一步分析影响方位轴铅垂度、方位轴与俯仰轴垂直度的因素,对每个因素的误差进行数值分配,并通过加工制造和装配进行精确控制,从而满足总的误差分配指标要求。文章提出方位轴系和俯仰轴系精度测量方法,并据此实测两轴系精度数据,通过对比精度分配理论数值和实测数据,验证了理论计算和测量方法的可行性。

Abstract:
According to the characteristics of precision instrumentation radar, the azimuth shafting and elevation shafting of two dimensional antenna pedestal are designed, and the influence of shafting precision on the angle error of the radar measurement is analyzed. Then, the factors that affect the perpendicularity of azimuth axis and the perpendicularity of azimuth axis and elevation axis are analyzed. The error of each factor is numerically distributed and accurately controlled by manufacturing and assembling, so as to meet the requirements of the total error allocation index. Finally, the precision measurement method of azimuth shafting and elevation shafting is designed. The measurement data are obtained by comparing the theoretical precision distribution value and the measured data, which proved the feasibility of the theoretical calculation and the measurement method.
