基于两相流均热板的数字子阵散热及优化

摘要:
为适应新一代的有源相控阵雷达构建开放式的阵面系统,实现可重构、可扩展功能,本文采用“多级模块化”思想设计了一种高集成度立体数字子阵。针对该子阵尺寸小、热量大,热源分散特点,分析热量传递中的热阻,采用两相流均热板对子阵散热进行了设计和计算,对样机进行了热测试和验证,根据测试结果对子阵热传递的热阻和子阵结构进行了优化设计。优化后的子阵验证了大功率电源背板分区设计及多层多通道微波信号垂直互联等关键技术,实现了子阵轻薄化和立体高效散热。

Abstract:
In order to construct an open system and realize reconfigurable and extensible functions in the new generation active phased array radar, a multi-level modular high-integration stereo digital subarray is designed in this essay. The author designs subarray heat dissipation with two-phase cold plate by analyzing the thermal resistance of transfer for the characteristics of small size, large heat and the dispersing heat source. The simulation calculation is carried out in the model. The prototype is thermally tested, and the subarray is optimized based on the test results. The essay tries to verify the key technologies of high power supply backboard partition design and multilayer and multichannel microwave signal vertical interconnection, which realizes thinner and lighter digital subarray and three-dimensional effective heat dissipation.
