针对环形频控阵在点对点通信过程中存在的定向位置处旁瓣较高的问题,本文提出了一种多波束环形频控阵零陷形成方法。首先考虑到理想的环形阵列结构在物理实现上较为困难,因此通过将多个线性阵列组合来近似实现环形阵列。但是环形阵列固有的弧形结构会引起波束畸变,通过利用相位补偿方案对其进行校正。同时为了解决点对点通信中发射波束在定向位置处旁瓣较高的问题,本文提出了将多频载波信号与线性约束最小方差法(LCMV)引入到改进的环形频控阵波束优化中。通过多频载波信号扩展LCMV的约束矩阵维度,并利用改进的距离-角度域二维LCMV波束形成方法,在所需的区域位置形成零陷。最后,通过一组实例仿真验证了多波束环形频控阵零陷形成方法的有效性。 |

Null formation method of multi-beam annular frequency diverse array |

Abstract: |
To address the issue of high sidelobes at directional positions in point-to-point communication using annular frequency diverse arrays (FDA), this paper proposes a multi-beam annular FDA null forming method. Considering the difficulties in realizing an ideal annular array structure, the method approximates an annular array by combining multiple linear arrays. However, the inherent arc structure of the annular array will cause beam distortion, which is corrected by using the phase compensation scheme. To resolve the problem of high sidelobes at directional positions in point-to-point communication, the paper introduces multi-frequency carrier signals and the linear constrained minimum variance (LCMV) method into the improved beamforming optimization of the annular FDA. By expanding the LCMV constraint matrix with multi-frequency carrier signals and employing an improved two-dimensional LCMV beamforming method in the range-angle domain, nulls are formed in the desired regions. The effectiveness of this method is validated through a sets of simulation examples. |
