随着无人机技术的快速发展,无人集群在军事、农业和交通等领域的应用日益广泛。然而,这些集群的广泛应用也带来了安全和监管上的挑战。本文针对旋翼无人机集群,分析了其电磁散射特性,构建了由旋翼旋转产生的微多普勒分量的雷达回波模型,并提出了一种基于微多普勒特征的识别方法。该方法可以准确提取目标的转动参数,并计算旋翼长度从而识别无人机的类型。通过仿真数据对所提算法的参数估计和识别性能进行了分析,结果验证了该方法的有效性,获得了较高的集群识别准确率。 |

Abstract: |
With the rapid advancement of drone technology, unmanned swarms are increasingly utilized in military, agricultural, and transportation sectors. However, the extensive application of these swarms also poses significant challenges in terms of security and regulation. This paper focuses on rotary-wing drone swarms, analyzing their electromagnetic scattering characteristics and constructing an identification model of the micro-Doppler component generated by the rotation of the rotors. A parameter estimation method based on micro-Doppler features is proposed. This method can accurately extract the rotational parameters of the target and calculate the rotor length to identify the type of drone. The parameter estimation and identification performance of the proposed algorithm were analyzed through simulation data, and the results demonstrated the effectiveness of the method, achieving a high accuracy rate in swarm identification. |
