摘要:
航迹起始是雷达目标跟踪系统中的首要环节。在现代战场复杂的高杂波环境中,现有航迹起始方法的目标航迹起始效率和起始精确度面临严重制约。本文首先根据目标运动学特性构建多层物理约束,通过对雷达点迹的快速筛选有效剔除无效组合,大幅压缩后续处理规模,提升起始效率;其次,为了充分利用三维量测信息,采用了Roberts表示法构建空间直线轨迹的表征模型,将点迹转化为具备抗奇异性的稳定几何特征表达,在此基础上引入修正Hough变换机制,通过参数空间动态聚类实现在强杂波背景下的高效统计累积,以此提高航迹起始率。仿真结果表明,在不同的杂波密度下所提方法与逻辑法和二维Hough变换相比,具有更优的性能。

A Three‑Dimensional Space‑Constrained Track Initiation Algorithm Based on Roberts’Straight‑Line Representation

Abstract:
Track initiation is the primary step in radar target tracking systems. However, in modern battlefields, the high clutter environment significantly limits the initiation efficiency and accuracy of existing track initiation methods. Firstly, this paper constructs multi?layer physical constraints based on target kinematic characteristics. By rapidly screening of radar plots, it effectively eliminates invalid combinations, substantially reduces the scale of subsequent processing, and enhances the initiation efficiency. Secondly, to fully utilize three?dimensional measurement information, the Roberts representation method is adopted to construct a characterization model for spatial linear trajectories. This converts plots into stable geometric feature representations with anti?singularity. Building upon this, a modified Hough transform mechanism is introduced. Through random sampling and dynamic clustering in the parameter space, efficient statistical accumulation is achieved in the strong clutter background, thereby improving the track initiation rate. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms both the logical method and the two?dimensional Hough transform under different clutter densities.
